Helen has spent many years in gymnastics. She trained and competed for a long time herself before turning to coaching.
Helen is a very effective coach in the gym, helping youngsters enjoy their recreational gymnastics.
She is also our designated Trampoline specific coach, making good use of our sunken trampoline. Classes are already proving very popular. Helen is able to teach a wide range of ages and abilities from first timers through to competition level.
