FREESTYLE GYMNASTICS (Under 16)
We are very excited to offer a new style of class for individuals in secondary school. Our Under 16s Freestyle class introduces mixes of gymnastics, free running and parkour through qualified coaching and safe progressions. The class allows secondary school children to mix with a few of our older, more experienced Freestyle gymnasts and learn from them as well as our coaches. The children can also enjoy a certain amount of self exploration in the gym.
Monday 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Thursday 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Cost: £6.00 per session plus club membership (annual) and British Gymnastics insurance.
Please note our Freestyle classes are for secondary school age children. Spaces in the under 16s class must be booked in advance.
