FREESTYLE GYMNASTICS (Over 16)
Our Over 16s Freestyle class attracts college age young people from the local area and beyond. After an introduction and orientation from our qualified coaches the freestylers are free to explore the gym and train. Our coaches are on hand to keep all the activities safe and offer assistance and guidance as needed. These sessions are proving rather popular and enquiries about availability should be made in advance.
Monday 7:30pm - 10:00pm
Thursday 7:30pm - 10:00pm
Cost: £7.00 per session plus club membership (annual) and British Gymnastics insurance.
Please note our Freestyle classes are for secondary school age children. Spaces in the under 16s class must be booked in advance.
