General Gymnastics

Every weekday we hold after-school classes for children aged five years and older. The structured gymnastics lessons are taught by qualified coaches who are CRB checked and first aid trained. Each week we are visited by children from Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne and further. Our gymnastics classes meet the levels of all children and also incorporate work on the British Gymnastics award scheme.

Once allocated a class space you just pay the class fee of £6.30 at the door for the first two weeks. If you then wish to join the class, club membership and British Gymnastics insurance are required. We then invoice you ever six to eight weeks for class fees. These classes run all year round through all public and school holidays with the exception of a short closure over the Christmas period. Visit the Information page to find out more.

General Gymnastics Class Times
5-7 years: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
5-7 years: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4:30pm-5:30pm
8-12 years: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 5:00pm-6:00pm
