CLASSES
Adult Gymnastics We have an class specifically for adults (ages 16+) on Wednesdays, 7:30pm-9:00pm. The class costs £7.50 for members or £9.00 for non-members and is a great way to vary your exercise and get fit in a slightly different way. We always welcome new faces and the class is perfect for beginners. We are also happy to coach you on to a higher level if you are returning to the sport from a few years out. After two sessions you will need to obtain British Gymnastics insurance in order to be able to continue with classes. Club membership is then optional.
