Trampoliners place third in schools final Three of the club's trampoliners finished third in the Southern round of the schools trampolining event. Molly Cooper (43.000), Melissa Bratton (41.000) and Cordelia Mitchell (43.500) competed strongly in the under-11 novice girls event to score 128.200 as a team. They represented 1066 Gymnastics and Ninfield C of E Primary School against teams from across southern England. They finished in third place, just missing out on a place at the national finals. The three girls qualified after successfully competing in the South East round at the end of last year where Mitchell scored 43.700, followed by Cooper (43.600) and Bratton (36.800). They were joined in the under-11 novice girls group at the regional event by Imogen Jarrett (41.000) and Taliya Hoad (36.500). Ella Millard competed very well in the under-12 novice group to score 42.600.
