British Gymnastics features club on BGtv The club recently enjoyed a visit from BGtv who came down from the Lilleshall National Sports Centre to learn more about the country's first training facility dedicated to Freestyle Gymnastics. In the video to the right you can see various skills and tricks being trained in the gym and hear from various coaches involved with the club's Freestyle Gymnastics programme. Head Coach Matthew Hart also shot a series of 'Excel Coaching Tip of the Week' segements which have been featured on BGtv over the past few weeks.
